Here is an excellent remedy. Take some dry amla and bake it till it turns nearly black, preferably in an iron vessel. Cool and powder it. Sieve the powder and store.

To make henna first take a large beetroot. Grate and add 2 cups water. Boil. Keep boiling cultivate the water turns dark pinkish in color. Cool and sieve. This water can be complete with 4-5 beetroots and stored in a bottle in the fridge. Use it when necessary.

To make henna paste: Take henna 1 part, 1fzpart roasted & powdered amla, 1 tsp coffee powder, some strong tea water & make a paste with the beetroot water. Keep the paste during the night. Next day apply on hair. Keep for 3-4 hours. Wash off simply with water. When the hair dry, oil the hair & leave the oil during the night.

Glossy soft hair is what we all desire. However we must remember that your health is refolded in your hair. If you are healthy your hair will be healthy and vice-versa. Our grandmothers used to say that your strength lies in your hair, which was probably a round about way of say that a healthy body has healthy hair.

Rub lemon juice all over your scalp and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse off. This treatment ensures dandruff free and completely clean hair. The key to beautiful hair is a fresh scalp.

Mix equal quantities of dry amla and ritha and powder them. They can either be mixed and then powdered or powdered initially and then mixed together. Soak 2-3 handfuls of this mixture during the night in some water. It should not be too skinny. Next day strainer it and use it to wash hair. It promotes hair development as well as treatment dandruff.

For conditioning hair, henna is the best. A henna (mehandi) paste mixed with curd, an egg and lemon juice is a brilliant conditioner if left on the hair for about 45 minutes. If you have dry hair, include 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil or coconut oil to the henna paste.

Used tea leaves can be boiled over again in 2-3 cups of clean water. Strain the fluid, cool it and use it on your hair as the last rinse after shampoo. Let down your hair after shampoo and slowly pour the tea water on the head, rubbing softly with the fingers. This will improve the look of your hair.

Naturally curly hair requires moisture (not grease or drying alcohol) to reinstate its natural luster, beauty, and healthy state. Some of the problems related with having natural curls are frizz, kinks, flat-top and puffy hair. Using styling tools, products, and precision is an absolute must when accomplish professional curls that others will envy.

Cutting methods can affect curl too by decisive how much weight is dragging down on the hair shaft. Recently curls have enlarged in popularity again – and rightly so because they look great. Unfortunately, most ethnic products enclose cheap oils that coat and weigh down the hair. Non-ethnic products enclose drying ingredients that rob the hair it of its natural sheen.

Conditioning your curly hair is the essential steps in your hair care regime. For the superlative results natural curls need appropriate cutting and shaping techniques from professionals. Incorrect layering (weight distribution) can be grievous, making your curls frizzy (in excess of layering) or flat and lifeless (not enough graduated layers). Usually, most curly-haired people should not shampoo on a daily basis.

Most conditioners are in fact harsh enough to give you all the “shampooing” your hair needs, which means you might even seek a “no-poo” method where you wash your hair with conditioner, using shampoo only when you notice your hair getting dull (which could be twice a week or twice a year, depending on how oily your scalp is, what products you use, and many other factors).

Hair Care Tips for Natural Curly Hair

Wash it tenderly. No vigorous scrubbing through fingertips. Rub it smoothly into the hair and scalp, like a massage.

Relate a frizz control cream while hair is still wet and leave it to dry naturally.

Utilize an every day leave in treatment to protect the curly hair from environmental elements. This helps avert the hair from drying out from season to season.

Comb only through a wide tooth comb or your fingers. (Kinky curls usually shouldn’t be combed at all.

When drying, do not rub your hair by the towel; squeeze water into the towel.
